ASMX trouble - Refactoring web service :(

Question

Whilst refactoring a simple old web service , i accidentally  deleted the asmx file by mistake :( . I have looked thoroughly on the net and cant find any information in regards to re creating the OutageDisplay.asmx in order to expose OutageDisplay.cs's methods  . I am using Visual Studio 2005. Could anybody shed some light on this matter? Or will i have to re create the web service form scratch. Excuse my ignorance :s :)
