Arabic Local Resource file not picked

Question

Hi there,

 I have two master pages. One is for few informative pages in which there I have kept login to redirect to a page which uses different master page. The local resources for first master page works fine. But when redirected to second master page only english resource file is loaded after selection the language. If some have any idea kindly guide
