applicationhost.config blank

Hi,

I was having trouble accessing my sharepoint server. After accessing physically the server, i found out that IIS service was not running and when starting IIS service, i was getting a server error refering to the "applicationhost.config" file. I tried to open the file, found out it was empty. I don't know how to restore it.

Any help?
