Hi, I'm currently working as App Support Consultant where my primary task is to resolve technical issues. These basically includes product related issues, database problems (in queries basically), troubleshooting and upgrading XML intergartion logic code etc. This is completely technical job and I'm at present on L2 level and now will be working on L3 support level. I want to know what is the future for me in this field. I also have now developed my interest in databases (T-SQL, MS SQL Server) so I will persue this as well. But I would like to know what is the future in App Support for me. Thanks!
