Application Streaming through Browser using .NET

I need to know to how to perform Application Streaming through Browser using .NET,

In this case Client is having Only Browser with THIN CLIENT, and some SOFT APPlications must be delivered on demand to Client through WEB BROWSER, such as MS Paint, EDITPLUS, NOTEPAD++
Client or END USER can have THIN CLIENT where they have got WEB Browser for accessing resources, in such case some SOFT APPlications must be delivered to END User i.e. to College Staff through BROWSER. Now the challenge is, we need with Streaming Concept where Process of Server will accept input or request from Client machine (THIN CLIENT), so a mouse press (or Key Press) event must be executed at SERVER's Desk.In such case, lets consider Client wont be having MS Office Package (example), and needs to use Excel Sheet, so now MS EXcel App of Server must be delivered to Client through Application Streaming.
