Application is blocked by Interactive Service Dialog Detection box in Vista

Question

I have created a window service in C#, which watches a Application( whether running or not), as soon as user closes a Application, service is going to restart that Application using system.diagnostic.process.start. This works very well on xp and 2000 but on vista Application is blocked by Interactive Service Dialog Detection. On clicking show me message link it shows Application .I think culprit is UAC. Pls suggest some solutions so this Application is not blocked when run by service.
