app:installDebug Exception in Lenovo A7000 Plus Mobile

i am beginner in react native android app development. I install Genymotion Emulator and it is working fine for testing, but when i plugin my phone Lenevo A7000Plus i faced app:installDebug Exception (See in image) Please help
