API.UnhookWindowsHookEx Question?

Hi,

I have an app which captures keystrokes and screen image. It works OK on my PC and a friend of mine. But the problem is, on another PC this application only captures screen images , NOT the keystrokes! I wonder what might cause this problem? Any ideas? We have same .net framework 4.
