Anyone used Exampdf training material?

I'm currently trying to motivate myself to get my Comptia a +certification. I
just wondered if anyone had used Exampdf

prep?
If so, are these a good source of exam prep?
I've used Exam Essentials in the past but I see that they are no longer in
business..
