Any Software Companies offering industrial Ph.D

Question

Hi all, i already completed upto M.E CSE and working as software engg past 4 years. still i have interest to do Ph.D, but i cant leave the job. i like to do both my job and Ph.D in parallel line.

 

my friend adviced me to do Indutrial Ph.D. but i dont know which companies are offering indutrial Ph.D.

 

so can anyone tell me the compaines which are offering Ph.D, and what i need to do from my side..
