Any Sample project for Customer Service team?

Question

Hi, I am developing a website for an organization's Customer Service team.
Customers can register online and post their comments, doubts and complaints through the website. 
All queries will go to the administrator and the admin will assign the query to the respective department.
The department team can answer the questions and the customer will get the answers via email and also the reposes will be saved in the SQL database.
I need to develop this using MVC. Is there any example project which I can follow?
