any good tutorials for Visual Studio 2005 web sites

I am in need of a good tutorial or tutor over msn chat or somthing for a beginer in Visual studio 2005 in all topics if possible explain it to me like i was a retard. I dont need it done immediatly or really any time soon i am hoping to sart a career in web design and wanted to get the jump start.
