Android OR Xamarin Forms?

Question

I am self employed C# developer. I want to learn android, but I am little bit confused about it.

Should I learn Android Native or Xamarin Forms?

I know Xamarin is a cross platform technology.

But still I want to know that Which is better technology to develop android apps?
