Android app development in C#

Question

Hello there,
I just want to develop android app in C# language as I know ASP.NET C# only.
And also I need to use third party service url and sms gateway in that app.

Can you please suggest the best free open source software available in the market.
So that I can develop and deploy my first android app on Playstore.
