Analytical dashboard for Incident logs

I want to write web application that will show analytical dashboard for incident logs, does any mate have some ideas around this approach? on View.cshtml my dashboard must has to show priority of the incident(high, low, medium). I know if i am using power bi this will be easier, need some advice on this mates.
