An unhandled exception of type 'System.StackOverflowExceptio

hi every one
i am developing an application in "4.0" 3 tier,web application

when i am trying to run the application
i am getting an error "An unhandled exception of type 'System.StackOverflowException' occurred in AgastyaAgroChemicalsBAL.DLL" i have kept a break point at the page load
but the application is directly showing the error,without even starting from the page load
