Alternate for "Get Rows" operation-MS Flow which is removed

Question

I have to read the rows from an excel sheet stored in a sharepoint online document library and based on a specific field value I have to update a sharepoint online list. Now that the "Get Rows" action is removed from MS Flow. How can i achieve this task using MS Flow?
