AjaxToolkit working in admin panel not in other panels

Question

I am using Maskededitextender of Ajaxtoolkit for date format inside my text box and it is working fine but only works in Admin panel but not in other panels(Manager etc). When i inspect element in browser for textbox that using maskeditextender for date in admin panel ,it shows Maskeditor tags element but when i login through other users all Ajaxtoolkit elements disapear and textbox behave as a simple text type and not using Maskeditexteder for date format. I am using same code for all users, I dont know why it is happening.
