AJAX modal popup using bootstrap not working

Question

I have modal popup on my php page which fetches data from database but, the modal popup does not show data some time. Once i clear the cookies and cache of the browser it starts fetching details again. In $.ajax function i have also mentioned <strong>cache:false</strong>
