Ajax control extension toolkit not working

Question

I am working on asp.net in visual studio 2010. I download a ajax control toolkit extension for framework 4.0 and added into the toolbox of visual studio. I want to use ajax calender-extender control for textboxes on edititem template of gridview control. But its not found on popup menu list of .aspx source file. How I can Overcome on  this problem?
