Ajax can store the data that was loaded from database??

Hj all !!
I have the question that i have a gridview to display my data and i want to use ajax to take data from database and throw it into gridview ??. To display all of my data i have to "paging" gridview like Forum of csharpcorner. Is there any way to make like Forum of csharpcorner.?Give me some advice to do it.Thanks so much.
