AJAX Balloon pop up control not found in toolbox

Hi Experts ,my problem is actually iam using VS2008 and i downloaded AJAX3.5 version ,ajaxcontroltoolkit but in that i did get Balloon pop up control as iam interested to work with that control in my Asp dot net but i didnt found that control in my tool box as i added ajax toolkit control to my tool box so pplz can any one tell me why its not getting ? does it works in VS 2010 only?
