I am not able to host our application on o365 sharepoint

After installed sharepoint when we want create a simple sharepoint application then error message occurs that, I have face two issue here.

1. sharepoint is not installed.Required version of sharepoint foundation or sharepoint server is not installed on this system. The target version of the sharepoint project 15.

2. How to host our sharepoint application in office 365 sharepoint with admin rigths.
