After installation, can't open .msi file.

Question

I am software developer in c#.net with windows application. After develope a software with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate, I create a set up file.Then I installed windows 7, windows 10 Pro there is no problem to installation and open and working properly.

 

But, Windows 10 Home Single Language, .msi file is installed successfully, but can't open..

 

What is the problem? 

 

Please please solve the problem.
