After clicking submit button control does not goto next page

Question

I am working on a project with Asp.net MVC 5. I have a problem in my code that i wrote some code after that i delete all that but the problem exist that page control does not move. after clicking submit button the control remain on the same page and data is also not storing to DB. I am using code first approach.
