Adobe Flash Player No Longer After December 2020

i have created project for capture image using web cam, i have used adobe flash player in my project using javascirpt to capture crop image but currenlty i have see the news of adobe flash player will be no longer ager december 2020. then how to capture image without flash player and crop it in asp.net c# web application. 

kindly please help me in this query...
