Admin Panel In the Website

Question

Hi All, I'm Working on a Website Project for a Construction Company, I have designed some pages, As this is construction company, Projects changes over time, & the website has to be updated with new projects...

Now I want my Website to be Dynamic, i.e " With Admin Panel" where in Future i can Update this website. i want to provide a Admin Login.. where admin will login & enter New Projects with Pictures & content... and the previous Projects will come under Completed projects option....

Kindly Provide a link or code for developing a Admin panel to Update website...
