Addition of one of the column of gridview and text box value

Question

Hello 

I have one gridview were I have column name margin.now I want to display sum of data in margin column + data in textbox1 in the lable1

I dont want to display it as footer template.

the label should display sum of the value from textbox1 and column "margin" just want to display it not to save any were. Please Help me
