adding two texboxes of values different forms and displaying in another textbox in second form

hi friends,
       i have created one form having maximum leaves (label and text box) and another form having lives taken (label and text box ), now i want to subtract of two forms( maximum leaves and leaves taken) and to display remaining leaves left in another text box of second form
