Adding sqlite to WPF Desktop Apps in VS2012

1) Am developing a desktop app in WPF VS2012 and i need to add sqlite database for my project
I have tried using some methods to add sqlite but to know avail
Can someone kindly refer a tutorials on how to use and connect sqlite in WPF VS2012

2) I will like to navigate from one window/page to another, how can this be done
