Adding checkbox to gridview

hai,

    how to add check box to gridview and i need the column name table name,add,edit,delete with check box. also i need example coding of checkbox.checked event. how to store the value of check box checked = true ,store into database. pls urgent,iam using c#2008,sql 2008
