Adding a textarea where we can format the text and save and retrieve in the same way

Question

Hi ,
I need a create a text Area in one of my project. Where user can format the content of the textbox or textarea. And save that with that formating info in the database. And they should be able to see the same format of the text when retrieve from the database next time.

I believe - Csharpcorner site registration page is already using this features for signature issue in that form. I am sort of after that thing to create in my applicaiton.

I would appreciate if you help me in this regards
