Add Video Player to the website to play video that upload

Hii,

I am working on the management system(vs 2010). In this one employee upload video or picture of any format(.vlc,.wmv etc) and that video or picture save in the database, if other employee want to see that video just  by click on it,and that video will play on the video player by database(this video player is not on the bases of url like youtube)so plzz tell me how to add video player or how this idea will works
