Add Record to SDF File

Question

Hi
1-I need to add more than 10,000 record from excel sheet to a sdf file at runtime using any tool that i can copy these records and past it into the sdf file.

2-I need to deploy a database application so that the database sdf file will be in acertin server and many users can access it at the same time from other PC's,   How can i do that in the connection string and the deployement wizard.
