Am working on something, and it require timing to be use.

Let assume today is 16-06-2022 and Time is 11:40pm
I want it in such a way that if you add 20mins to Time (11:40pm) it will be 12:00am and the Date will change to 17-06-2022
Any idea or propose solution will be appreciated
