add meta tags to child pages dynamically ?

 add meta tags to child pages dynamically using Jquery  from database .i know that in how to add using c# code like fetching data and binding to tags the db value but here i want fetch the data using webmethod for jquery and bind that values to meta tags using jquery from ssql server .so please help me.
