Add Friend is giving error and not working

While Clicking on Add Friend from User's Profile, it is giving error and not working.

"We have recently made changes to the site and resource you are looking for may have moved. Please try our search by typing your keyword in search at top and click Go. Again, sorry for inconvenience."
