Adaptive Card from bot framework

Question

Hi, 

 

I wanted to know how can i read user input that from adaptive card. 

I have a Adaptive card as attachment on which i have 2 multiple selection dropdown(choiceset). I need to read which value user has selected and accordingly follow rest of the functionality.

 

can you please help me learn how to read the user input.
