Activity Flag Naming

Question

Hi.

 

I'm pretty new to this, hence the question!

 

On the system I use, I have a page which has several activity flags on it, to define the you need a number i.e - tblitem.activityflag = 1152

 

I have renamed one tblitem.activityflag as 'Scratch'  This has a defining number of 1152

I have renamed another tblitem.activityflag as 'Dent'  This has a defining number of 2113

 

How do I then write a formula for a report to say, if the tblitem.activityflag is 1152, then show the new name of the activity flag 'Scratch' and if it is 2113 the show 'Dent'?

 

Any help would be much appreciated!
