Active Directory Migration

Question

I have a server on our network that me and a few others have Admin rights on for specific reasons I won'rt go into. Our company is migrating all accounts into Active Directory (AD) this weekend and we are concerned we will lose those rights on this machine since we are not Administrators on the network in any way.

Will the AD rights over-write the local server Admin rights we have on this server?
