Achive folders and files are accessible in sharepoint Achive

Question

Hi Team,

We have office 365 E1&E3 subscriptions for more than 1000 users and we found office portal search bar any single word typed and we get all users data with single click and which is full path of file location with archive folder.

some of the users archive folder is showing some of not showing. can any one suggest us.

which is very critical situation for us to show all public data and users title in search content.

please suggest us how to block all users search files and folders in share point online portal or admin portal.
