Accounts Switching with Gridview

Question

Hii,

     i want the solution for my problem i.e.

     i have two admins accounts named "Admin" and "Mohit" in my application and after login have a page named "Dashboard.aspx" in this page i have a grid view which shows the user details who are registered and that grid view have three buttons "VIEW","EDIT","DELETE" 

i want that when i login using ADMIN than the EDIT and  DELETE will hide 

and when i login using MOHIT than all the three button should be shown  

please help me out from this ......
