Access to the path is denied

Question

hi 

I created the folders in  a server when i run the application as localhost form my machine it create the folder normally to that server 

but when i change the local host to the machine IP it will give this msg :

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path '\\Server\Folder\SubFolder is denied.
