Access to NAS location

Question

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

we have an application which is developed in ASP.Net 2008 and .Net framework 2.0 version, it's already working in Production from long time. As part of business logic application read/write files from/to web server location as attachments.

 

Recently, client requested to change attachment files storage location to NAS location. we have simply created new folder in specified NAS location as similar to exist folder and changed web.config file to change location.   

 

Somehow, after change it NAS location application couldn't access new location getting error message `access denied`.

 

Please suggest.
