Access row data of excel.

Emp id	Mail id
1234	abc.xyz.com
2345	qwe.asd.com
3456	zxc.asd.com
4567	lkj.mnb.com
5678	poi.mnj.com
6789	mko.bhu.com
7890	cft.vgy.com

I have excel data in this fromat.  From website I getting these Id not same at all time. I want to get these mail id for particular emp id in C# function.
