Abt creating a website in asp.net

I want to create a website in asp.net having title--Online Examination System.
I am first time going to build a website in asp.net. So, plz give me an idea abt designig,coding.
From where i start??I want to do this project as my internal project having 100 marks. So, i am very exiting to work with it.Thanking u.
