about salary negotiation.

Question

hi, I am having 1year and 3 months of experience in c# asp.net web development. Now my Current CTC is just 0.84 Lakhs per anum,
and for the low pay i put paper in my company,so now i am in the notice period of 3 months. How much of salary i can expect from the new company if i was selected in the interview?
And also what are the subjects i need to concentrate on OOPs,C#,etc.,  for preparing interview??
