about Remote Desktop Connection Using C#

a Nice looking application, could you help me understand how would I use it over internet instead of and internal network? in my business case my client machines are on different networks and to support them I need to log them from internet using applications like LogMeIn but i am looking for more cost effective and customizable solution.
