About programming tool

Question

Dear Sir

I want to know that is programming tool imported in programming or not?.I am software developer and working in local programming company.before join this company i was used visual studio tool for .net language.from previous 7 months i am working in webdev tool, its pc soft company product and have its own language syntax.It is tottaly different from .net.i get very less salary from this company and i want to change company.now i want to know that have any future growth in webdev.Anyone who know about webdev,please guide me.
