Dear experts
I have developed one software in c# and sql server2005 for OPD section of doctors
I have made contact with company for that,
I have enquired about price of that software then input come to me as 10000 to 15000 per copy
But that company is asking me to give whole and sole rights of that system
How to deal with them and also how much price I should tell as I am giving whole rights to them. For the sake of you I have attached ppt which gives little bit idea about system and also there are many some more functionalities which are not stated in ppt
